*Your pet will be allotted a 15 minute appointment time within the requested time slot. To ensure that our feline patients have a comfortable and low-stress visit we are reserving the earliest appointment times for them.

Vaccine Titre Test Choice

Canine Core Vaccine Titres: Distemper, Parvovirus, Adenovirus (Hepatitis) Feline Core Vaccine Titres: Panleukopenia, Calicivirus, Feline Herpesvirus-1 This Rabies Titre test is not valid for pet travel/export purposes. This test is not a substitute for the Ontario legal requirement of Rabies vaccination in healthy pets All test prices above include $57.10 blood collection, processing and test interpretation fee.

Additional Tests Available to Add On to Titre Test

Fecal Parasite Health Screening Test Requirements: Kindly arrive with a fecal sample collected at home within 12 hours of your appointment. The sample may be contained in a poop bag or any clean dry sealed container. Feline samples may have a small amount of cat litter on them.

Calming Medication: If your pet is anxious when handled or you believe they require calming medication prior to the appointment to make blood collection easier, please ensure that you receive the prescription and administer it as directed.

Pet Sociability: We understand that not all pets are comfortable in social settings. If your dog or cat prefers solitude, please wait outside the building upon arrival and notify us by phone. Our technicians will escort you directly to the examination room once ready.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS: 1.All appointments require prepayment in full. 2. Payments are NON-REFUNDABLE. 3. Late Arrival and Missed Appointment Policy: To ensure efficiency and fairness to all clients, please note that arriving more than 5 minutes past your scheduled appointment time will result in the forfeiture of the appointment slot. Partial credit (total amount paid minus a $50 administration fee) will be applied to your pet’s account for future use, and can be utilized for future hospital purchases, including but not limited to examinations, diagnostic tests, food, treats, and supplements. 4. Blood Collection: If blood collection proves challenging due to anatomic variation, obesity or fragile veins, we are committed to ensuring your pet’s well-being. In such cases, a complimentary appointment for re-collection of blood will be scheduled. 5. If your pet requires calming medication and has not received it, leading to fearfulness and aggression impeding the blood collection, a partial credit (total amount paid minus a $50 administration fee) will be credited to your pet’s account for future hospital purchases.
