Our Patient and Customer Care Team
Charlene
Charlene has been building relationships and assisting with treating pets at our practice for over 30 years. She enjoys making a positive impact on your pet’s health and taking the time to talk to pet parents about how they can help enhance their pet’s lives. She got an early start in the veterinary field comforting pets at the local shelter when she was just 7 years old.
She has 3 dogs, each lovingly described as either nutty or crazy, including an American Bulldog that’s as big as a horse (but thinks it’s a lap dog) and a Pomsky (yes, a Pomeranian x Husky) that does zoomies!
In her spare time, Charlene enjoys exciting activities with friends and family, especially restaurants and has recently conquered a 5K foam fest!
Victoria
Victoria has been a part of our team for over 10 years. She’s somehow concurrently been able to fit in as a co-op student, graduate with an Honors Biology degree and is also applying to vet school!
Victoria is passionate about feline medicine and using diagnostics to help solve complex medical issues. She has a special touch with pets and enjoys teaching pet parents how to help their pets enjoy long happy lives.
She has 3 loving and “spicey” cats and provided a warm extended vacation home for our clinic cat, Lilly. Victoria enjoys sightseeing and long drives with friends and family, as well as movie theatres and vegan restaurants.
Kelly
As a young child, Kelly had a passion for caring for pets, injured wildlife and the animals on her family farm back in Portugal. Her passion brought her to our practice where she enjoys talking to clients about petcare and getting to know all the personalities of their pets.
She has a cat, Bean, who, although is sometimes stand-offish, certainly has her sweet moments. She also has a charming pug named Rico who loves to give kisses. In her spare time, Kelly enjoys special time with friends at restaurants, playing video games and walks in search of special landscapes. Kelly is fluent in Portuguese.
